Q: How do I schedule a tour to see the space?

Q: What are the hours of the space for workspace rental?
A: M-F 8am - 5pm and weekends per request 

Q: What if I need after-hours access? 
A: We suggest that you get one of our “S7” MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE for full  access to the space and exclusive member benefits.

Q: What's the difference between the individual workspace, shared workspace and hot desk?
Shared workspace  - Daily & Weekly rental only, shared 6-foot table (3-foot per person), comfortable chair, shared  power outlet, shared trashcan and complimentary water

Individual workspace - Daily, Weekly & Monthly rental available, 6-foot table, comfortable chair, power outlet, trashcan complimentary water

Hot desk -  Weekly & Monthly rental only, Private desk with desk supplies, mail handling, comfortable chair, power outlet, lamp, trashcan and complimentary water

Q:  Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, once you register for membership,  you will automatically be charged with a deposit of one month in advance and the prorate of the month given your start date.

Q: Am I responsible for cleaning up after the event?
A: Yes, anything you do must also be undone. We ask that you return the space to us in the same way that you received it, which makes you responsible for cleaning up your workspace area, removing all items you brought in, cleaning up any spills, placing all food/beverage items in the trash and taking out your trash in your workspace area.

Q: Is Alcohol allowed?
A: Effective January 2017, Social Seven Event Space is a alcohol free facility. No alcohol is permitted inside the space during any functions or in any associated areas.

Q: Is Smoking allowed?
A: Social Seven Event Space is a smoke free facility.  No smoking is permitted inside the space during any function or in any associated areas.

Q: How much is Parking?
A: Parking is FREE! Parking is subject to parking signs and regulations. 

Q: What is the booking process for securing the venue?
A: We require a booking deposit of 1/2 of your rental rate along with a signed contract in order to secure a desk and rental time.  The booking deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the final balance.

Q: How will I be billed?
A: You will be billed once a month via auto draft, credit card, money order or cash on your DUE DATE. NO CHECKS! If your monthly rental is not paid by the due date, you will accrue a late fee.

Q: Lease terms for "S7" MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES
A: Membership agreements have a mandatory 3, 6 or 12 month agreement. No cancellations.

Q: Are there any additional fees for monthly membership plans? 
A: There is a 2.75% credit card transaction fee per transaction.
